Shipping and Sales Tax Estimates

To estimate sales tax and calculate shipping, add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your mailing address to see shipping options and rates. Estimated totals will appear in the Order Summary section.

You do not need to enter your name or credit card to see shipping or sales tax estimates. From here, you can continue shopping or proceed with checkout.

 

Item Damaged in Shipment

We will carefully package your order and do everything in our power to expedite its safe, on time arrival. We acknowledge that mishaps do occasionally happen in the postal system, and we will do our best to make it right if a package is damaged or missing.

Please send us an email at howdy@shophighdesert.com if there is a problem with your order. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging if applicable.

 

Our Packing Materials

We love trees and employ reusable and recyclable shipping materials whenever possible. Please let us know at time of checkout if prettier gift packaging is required.
